We offer accommodation options and can accommodate couples or small groups if all members have hospitality experience. Our seasonal teams are diverse, fun, and include people of all ages and nationalities.

This position starts in September/October 2025 and runs through the summer season until April 2026.

What you will do:
  • Manage and adapt to guest requests and preferences
  • Prepare dining areas to our standards before each service
  • Attend daily service briefings to stay informed about menus
  • Use our Point-of-Sale system for accurate transactions
  • Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service
  • Work various shifts covering breakfast, lunch, or dinner
  • Make coffees, cocktails, and serve beverages, including wine
  • Deliver exceptional service with your knowledge and passion for memorable dining experiences
