Fluffy Creative Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Fluffy Bake Shop is a small, cozy bakery cafe that thrives on cute, positive vibes (and of course, fluffy things). We love creating treats that make people smile and building a warm community around what we do. We’re looking for someone creative, independent, and passionate about social media to help share the Fluffy story, promote what’s happening at the bakery, and connect with our customers online.

What You’ll Do

• Create Content - Capture and edit reels, TikToks, instagram stories, and photos of our pastries, daily life, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Promote Fluffy - Build hype for new products, special events, and daily happenings through engaging posts and recaps.
• Social Media Management - Plan, schedule, and post content consistently, keeping a simple content calendar.
• Bring Ideas - Suggest creative campaigns, collabs, or new ways to engage our community.

What We’re Looking For

• Independent and proactive — comfortable running with ideas without much hand-holding.
• Up to date with Instagram/TikTok trends and what engages online communities.
• Confident with short-form video editing and simple design tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• A friendly communicator who understands Fluffy’s cozy/cute brand.
• Bonus if you have experience in events, hospo, or creative roles.
