FIRST Security in Nelson is seeking reliable, customer-focused Security Guards to join our team. The role offers flexible, rotational shifts across the week, with opportunities to grow in the security field.

You will provide a strong security presence, deliver excellent service, monitor incidents, conduct patrols, and follow health and safety procedures. A clean criminal record and the right to work in NZ are essential; COA preferred but we can help obtain one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clean criminal record.
• NZ/Australian citizenship or a valid NZ work visa.
• COA preferred but not essential; we can help obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Providing a strong security presence to ensure safety on site.
• Delivering excellent customer service and communication.
• Monitoring and responding to incidents as required.
• Conducting patrols and maintaining site security.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
