Job summary

Bendigo Health Care Group is seeking a Scheduling Officer to coordinate service schedules for the Community Home Care Services Program, ensuring timely and appropriate care in clients' homes. The role supports the Intake officer with onboarding of clients and collaborates with the Home Care Services Team to manage referrals and capacity.

You will uphold privacy, promote continuity of care, and align with Aged Care Standards.

• Coordinate service schedules for home care workers to ensure timely and appropriate care in clients' homes.
• Support onboarding of clients with the Intake officer and process referrals.
• Elevate concerns around capacity to leadership and collaborate with the Home Care Services Team.
