TELUS International AI is seeking a Media Search Analyst in New Zealand for a part-time long-term project. You will evaluate media tasks such as music, video, and home pod content using our web-based evaluation tool, with the freedom to set your own schedule.

No prior professional experience is required; you will undergo an assessment process. If selected, you will join a diverse team and contribute to high-quality evaluations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in English.
• NZ resident for the last year.
• Email address associated with an Apple ID and familiarity with Apple products.
• Up-to-date familiarity with trends in apps, music and video; keen on internet research.
• Flexibility to work across diverse task types (news, audio tasks, relevance).
• Daily broadband, computer and software access.
• Independent worker with attention to detail and strong communication.
• High school diploma or higher preferred.
• Additional incentives provided during the assessment process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessment of diverse task categories across music, video and home pod evaluations.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content and validate query accuracy and intent with provided directives.
