Job summary

The Doctors Phoenix in Whakatane (Bay of Plenty) is seeking an enthusiastic GP or Nurse Practitioner to join a friendly, supportive team in a purpose-built clinic. You’ll work with nurses, GPs, and admin staff in a well-established practice focused on strong patient relationships.

We welcome overseas candidates and can assist with NZ registration. Permanent position with negotiable hours, ideally 24-32 hours/week. Contact Anna Drakeford at [e-mail] for details.

Qualifications

• Sound clinical and service skills to fully utilise experience.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to provide healthcare to a full range of people in the community.
• Hold Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
• Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of nurses and GP colleagues and an experienced administration team.
• Support from a dedicated Practice Manager.
• Learn/perform minor surgery in a purpose-built clinic.
