Access Community Health in New Plymouth is seeking a kind, people-first Kaiāwhina to support tāngata at home with daily living activities. You’ll deliver safe, respectful, person-centred care, mindful of culture, routines and boundaries, helping people stay independent in their own homes.

No qualifications or prior experience required; paid training in the first weeks with a buddy trainer and clear development pathways.

• Paid training during first two-four weeks with induction and ongoing development.
• Buddy trainer support and structured pathways are provided.

Responsibilities

• Support tāngata with individual care needs and daily living activities in clients' homes.
• Provide safe, respectful, person-centred care, honoring culture, routines, beliefs and boundaries.
