Job summary

Access Community Health in New Zealand seeks Kaiāwhina/Support Workers to assist clients in their own homes. You’ll provide safe, respectful, person-centered support while honoring culture, routines, and boundaries.

Training is provided and hours can fit around study or family commitments. Roles include weekend shifts with a small premium, travel time compensation, and a pathway to develop in caregiving with supportive guidance and online self-directed learning.

Qualifications

• Own a smartphone and have the right to work in New Zealand.
• Full/restricted driver’s license.
