Job summary

Citycare Property is seeking a Casual Cleaner to support RNZAF Base Woodbourne. This flexible, as-needed position helps maintain clean facilities for NZDF personnel, enabling them to focus on service to the community.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, SOP adherence, and safe operation of cleaning equipment. Applicants must have NZ work rights, pass drug tests, and meet NZDF security requirements.

Qualifications

• Full Class 1 Driver's Licence.
• Experience using cleaning equipment and small plant.
• Alignment with Citycare Property values.
• Right to work in New Zealand and ability to pass drug and alcohol test; willingness to consent to Criminal Record Check.
• Ability to meet NZDF security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and scheduled cleaning of all facility areas.
• Maintain cleaning-related asset systems.
• Follow SOPs and complete tasks independently to required standards.
• Interact professionally with NZDF personnel, contractors, and site users.
• Work safely and in compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
