Job summary

Bridgestone New Zealand in Christchurch seeks a Fleet Service Technician to join our commercial store. You’ll fit tyres, maintain vehicles and handle service tasks to keep fleets on the road, with direct customer interaction to ensure timely delivery of service.

No tyre experience? We’ll train you from the ground up. A full NZ Driver’s Licence, fitness for manual work, and good people skills are essential; some on-call weekend work may be rostered.

Qualifications

• Full NZ Driver's Licence required for driving to client locations.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.
• Strong customer-facing skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Tyre fitting, maintenance and repairs in-store or on-site at customer locations.
• Keep job cards and records accurate and up to date.
• Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
• Occasional on-call weekend work when rostered.
