We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Fleet Supervisor to join our Christchurch team and play a key role in keeping our nationwide fleet running smoothly.

About the Role

As Fleet Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and compliance of our nationwide fleet. You’ll ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired on time, meet all regulatory requirements, and are managed to the highest MOVE standards. This role is hands-on, varied, and crucial in supporting our operational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service schedules for the national fleet, including COF, WOF, and defect repairs
  • Coordinate bookings with workshops and liaise with operations teams to minimise downtime
  • Process and reconcile order numbers and invoices for repairs and maintenance
  • Oversee tyre fleet management, including reporting and transfers
  • Maintain accurate records of defect reports, hubometer changes, and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with insurance providers on claims and maintain registers
  • Assist with fleet acquisitions and disposals as required
  • Support the National Fleet Manager with special projects and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in fleet coordination, transport operations, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and administration skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal teams, workshops, and suppliers
  • Knowledge of LTSA compliance requirements (COF, WOF, hubometers, etc.)
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
  • A commitment to health and safety, with a “safety first” approach
