Job summary

Motor Truck Distributors (NZ) Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager to cover the Auckland through to Whangārei region. You will manage, grow and build strong client relationships, uncover new sales opportunities, and provide tailored transport solutions including trucks, finance, service packages and aftersales support.

You will work with owner-drivers, fleet managers and operators, achieving targets while maintaining CRM records and representing Volvo and Mack with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with territory and account planning.
• Proven track record in hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing fleet and key customer accounts across Auckland to Whangārei.
• Identify new business opportunities across the region.
• Provide tailored transport solutions including new truck sales, finance, service agreements and support packages.
• Build strong relationships with owner-drivers, fleet managers and transport operators.
• Work closely with service and parts teams to ensure aftersales support.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM reporting.
• Represent Volvo and Mack brands professionally in the market.
