Merchant 1948 Sylvia Park store is seeking a Fixed-Term Keyholder to support daily operations, open and close the store, and assist customers on the shop floor. You’ll join a team that takes pride in great service, presentation, and genuine connection with customers.

Ideal candidates have retail or service experience, are confident, organised, and results-driven. The role offers Friday and Sunday shifts, 11.5 hours per week, $24.50 per hour plus bonus potential, and ends 16 July 2027.

We’re looking for a Fixed-Term Keyholder* to join our team at Merchant 1948 Sylvia Park store. If you’re confident on the shop floor and ready to take on a bit more responsibility like opening or closing the store and supporting operations when the manager’s away – this is the perfect next step in your retail career. Here’s what’s on offer:

• Role: Fixed-Term Keyholder *Please note that is a Fixed-Term contract role until 16th July 2027.
• Rostered Hours:
  • Friday: 1pm - 9pm
  • Sunday: 12pm - 4pm
• Minimum Hours: 11.5 hours per week
• Hourly Rate: $24.50 + bonus potential !
