Job summary

Post Haste Group in Hamilton, New Zealand, is seeking a Fixed Term Customer Services Representative to support our Express Parcel operations. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) and covers parental leave, with shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

You will rely on strong communication, active listening and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service, manage inquiries, and help customers navigate our delivery processes.
