Overview

The company is based in the Waitaki Region of the South Island. We are currently looking for experienced individuals with Fabrication/Welding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing an acceptable quality, within the scheduled hours, in a safe manner.
  • Effectively communicate and work with your team to accomplish specific goals.
  • Maintain Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure safe use of all machinery and equipment.
  • Demonstrating professionalism, positive attitude and respect for all staff, customers and company property.
Job Requirements
  • To fit, assemble, fabricate and weld livestock equipment.
  • Follow and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine specific welding requirements.
  • Measure and mark work pieces using straightedges, rules and calipers.
  • Cut and smooth metal components using portable grinders, lathe and milling machines.
