A prestigious hotel in Auckland is looking for a Reservations Agent. You will be responsible for processing hotel reservations, managing guest history, and upselling during phone interactions. Ideal candidates should have exceptional attention to detail, be confident in using Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud, and RESAWEB, and possess excellent communication skills in English. The role requires working 40 hours a week from Tuesday to Saturday.
