The Opportunity

Aon provides market leading fire system and sprinkler / alarm inspection services and technical leadership. Due to our continued expansion and growth, we are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Certifier to be based in either Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to join the team.


What You Will Do


  • Review the documentation for fire sprinkler installations and prepare the certificates.

  • To represent Aon New Zealand Limited on site in a professional and courteous manner.

  • To ensure that the system is installed as in accordance with the intent of the drawings supplied and directions given

  • Participate in training offered by the Company and outside sources to keep abreast and ahead of developments in the industry and to improve your own skills.

  • Demonstration of enthusiasm towards products and services both used and provided by the company.

  • Enjoy being part of a high performing team with a positive attitude.


Our successful candidate can be based in one of the following locations:



  • Auckland

  • Wellington

  • Christchurch


Ideally, we are looking for people who have experience in the industry either specifying, designing, or reviewing fire protection systems, along with an understanding of the current and superseded editions of New Zealand fire protection standards. The successful candidate would preferably hold a formal engineering qualification.
