Qualifications

• Has a proven track record in a high-performance sales environment.
• Is a confident and engaging communicator.
• Radiates a positive and can-do attitude.
• Possesses excellent knowledge of the Fiordland, Rakiura, and Queenstown regions.
• Has experience with reservation systems.
• Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a personable and professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create sales opportunities, making the most of each one to deliver results.
• Inspire guests to book unforgettable adventures and ensure they have an extraordinary experience with RealNZ.
• Sell our experiences effectively while managing passenger manifests to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth check-ins for day and overnight trips departing from Manapouri.
