Job summary

AntBank Software Tester role in New Zealand focusing on quality assurance for fintech platforms, including card issuance, wallet, and payment APIs. Responsibilities cover functional, API and data testing across web, mobile and backend systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing, quality assurance or software development.
• Understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience testing REST APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to prepare structured test cases and test reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test data based on requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing.
• Test web-based, mobile and backend applications.
• Identify, document and track defects through resolution.
• Verify that delivered software meets requirements and quality standards.
• Test APIs and external payment-system integrations.
