What You'll Be Driving

• Lead Financial Strategy: Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Deliver Insightful Reporting: Present monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to guide financial decisions.
• Model the Future: Build dynamic financial models and conduct scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Elevate FP&A: Continuously improve processes, systems, and reporting tools.
• Inspire and Mentor: Lead junior finance staff and foster a high-performance culture.

What You'll Bring

• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification (CA, CPA, CFA) preferred
• 5+ years' experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; BI tools and ERP experience a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
