• Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a controller role.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment, with effective communication across different work settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the accounting department including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per IFRS or applicable standards.

About the Role
