We are seeking a collaborative and customer focusedFinancial Advisors & Private Banking Administratorto join our team in providing excellent service to our clients and communities. As a primary responsibility, you will provide support to the Mascoma Financial Advisors and Mascoma Private Banking departments, focusing on all aspects of client service and relationship management. This includes duties such as answering incoming phone calls, facilitating account openings, processing client transactions, and handling various account maintenance needs and research requests. You will work closely with the rest of our team in delivering outstanding client experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree or have equivalent work experience in a relevant field. They should have a solid understanding of financial/FINRA regulations. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products and Outlook are essential for this role. Excellent people and communication skills with prior experience in a client service capacity. They should demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities, ensuring effective communication. Adheres to and upholds all written policies and procedures of the Bank, including BSA/CIP and OFAC monitoring and reporting, security, operation, and personnel policies. A key requirement for this position is the ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and privacy, safeguarding sensitive information with utmost integrity.

This position can be performed hybrid out of our office in Norwich, VT.

Starting pay for this role is $22.64 - 27.07 depending on experience.
