Ensure Recruitment in Hamilton, North Island is seeking a Life & Health Adviser to join a well-established brokerage that values relationships, quality advice, and client outcomes. You'll inherit an existing portfolio and have the opportunity to grow your own client base.

You will provide tailored Life & Health insurance advice, manage portfolios, and identify new business through referrals. Work with specialist teams to deliver outstanding service, helping clients protect what matters most.

Qualifications

• NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – Life & Health is required.
• Proven experience as a Life & Health Adviser.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for helping clients achieve positive outcomes.
• Proactive approach to business development and client management.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
