Job summary

Nuralite in Auckland is seeking an accountant who enjoys improving systems, streamlining processes and finding smarter ways of working. This role combines accounting, reporting, technology and continuous improvement.

You’ll support month-end reporting and reconciliations while helping improve workflows, reporting, data quality and finance systems across the business. Collaboration across teams will drive efficiency and stronger controls within a RPM International-backed global organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in accounting, finance or related role.
• Qualification in Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and general systems capability.
• Interest in process improvement, automation and technology.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Exposure to accounting, systems, automation and business improvement.

Responsibilities

• Complete month-end accounting, reconciliations and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business reporting.
• Help automate manual tasks and reporting activities.
• Support finance systems, data integrity and user adoption.
• Partner with teams across the business to drive efficiency.
• Review and improve finance processes and controls.
