Job summary

Nuralite, a leading provider of waterproofing and roofing solutions in New Zealand, is seeking an accountant who enjoys improving systems, streamlining processes and finding smarter ways of working. You will support month-end reporting, reconciliations and help enhance workflows across the finance function.

The role focuses on accounting, reporting, technology and continuous improvement, with opportunities to automate manual tasks, improve data quality and drive efficiency with finance systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in accounting, finance, business systems or a related role.
• Qualification in Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and strong general systems capability.
• Interest in process improvement, automation and technology.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• CA ANZ or CPA studies are advantageous but not essential.
• Opportunity to help shape the future finance function.
• Exposure to accounting, systems, automation and business improvement.

About the Role:

This role combines accounting, reporting, technology and continuous improvement. You'll support month-end reporting and reconciliations while helping improve workflows, reporting, data quality and finance systems across the business.
