Halter is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to own and optimise our finance systems and connected apps. You will work with finance, operations and tech teams to automate processes, ensure data accuracy and drive efficiency across the business.

You will apply AI tools to reduce manual workload and improve workflows while maintaining financial integrity and robust internal controls as we scale. This role is office‑first with a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience or ERP familiarity.
• CA qualification or degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Interest in applying AI tools to improve workflows.
• Ability to spot inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• 1–2 years in career with ability to learn fast in a scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration & Ecosystem Support for finance systems.
• Continuous Optimisation of ERP workflows and processes.
• AI-Powered Process Innovation to automate tasks and surface insights.
• Financial Integrity Support including GL mappings and reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with finance, supply chain, and tech teams.
• Documentation & Internal Controls to maintain process clarity.
