The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional finance leader to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role provides strategic financial insight and commercial advice to support sound business decisions and sustainable growth.

In this role, you will lead DTS’s financial and commercial functions, overseeing the Finance and Customer Service Teams and act as Company Secretary, ensuring governance and compliance obligations are met while supporting the Board and Senior Leadership Team.

You are highly skilled, commercially minded and motivated to make an impact. You can quickly build credibility, operate in a dynamic environment and are resilient and confident in your communication. Alignment with DTS’s values and culture is essential.
