Overview

Based in our Petone office close to the beach and shops

This is a full time position of 40 hours per week

The remuneration range for this role is 108,644 to 153,379 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience

Responsibilities
  • Provide Support to managers and council, providing reporting and insights to enable decision making
  • Compile portfolio budgets and forecast, ensuring that these are robust, realistic and align to organisational deliverables
  • Support projects teams to draft business cases and undertake project evaluations
  • Provide back-up to other team members
Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tease out and communicate the story behind the numbers
  • Experience in complex budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Seasoned relationship and influencing skills
  • Strong business and quantitative analysis skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team environment
