Looking for a role that blends financial rigour with real-world impact? As our Finance Analyst, you’ll work at the core of operations - where planning, performance, and data-driven decisions come together.

From modelling innovation initiatives and refining ERP configurations, to building reporting tools and business processes as well as supporting procurement, you’ll help the business move with clarity and confidence. This is a role for someone who thrives on transforming complex data into insight, and insight into action.

Your Focus

• Build robust financial models to support innovation, tenders, procurement, and supply chain optimisation projects
• Own monthly reporting across inventory, cost accounting, and key supply chain reconciliations
• Lead and maintain materials planning models, and support rolling forecasts and the annual operating plan
• Ensure data integrity and ERP system alignment, acting as the operational owner of supply chain configurations and master data
• Work with Power BI dashboards to bring visibility and clarity to performance metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to surface insights, resolve variances, and streamline reporting processes
  
  

About You

You’re analytical, inquisitive, and confident navigating systems, spreadsheets, and conversations across teams. You bring experience in financial, data or business analysis, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing, and know how to translate data into insight that drives meaningful outcomes.

You’ve worked with ERP systems, understand cost structures, and are someone who actively looks for ways to improve what’s in front of you. Detail-focused and proactive, you're at your best when immersed in the day-to-day workings of the business - translating operational complexity into clear, actionable data that drives smarter decisions.
