We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Fleet Specialist to join our team in New Zealand, supporting the maintenance and performance of Halter’s on-farm hardware infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our systems are operating efficiently, resolving technical issues quickly, and helping to refine and improve the reliability of our hardware across our customer network. Note this role is Oamaru based with regular NZ travel. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical ability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to field operations. You may find yourself maintaining and upgrading infrastructure one day and deploying new equipment on-farm the next. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly, delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. As a Fleet Specialist, you’ll work closely with our hardware, product, and customer success teams, ensuring effective collaboration and a strong feedback loop between the field and our Auckland HQ.
