TDX is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, service and repair construction equipment across the region, in both field and workshop settings. You will work independently with a supportive team, representing a market-leading, 100% New Zealand–owned business.

Ideal candidates are trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Technicians with strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostics, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Proven mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic and repair skills.
• Strong diagnostic capability in field and workshop environments.
• Customer-focused approach and clear communication with customers.

Aufgaben

• Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on construction equipment in the field and workshop.
• Fault finding mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a range of equipment.
• Providing quality customer service and clear communication with customers and the team.
• Completing job documentation, reports, and warranty paperwork accurately.
