Job summary

Accurate paperwork and field documentation.
Willing to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol checks.

Responsibilities

Technical support for contractors and employees.
Provide our support team with job information and clarification as required.
High levels of customer service and proactively resolve any issues in the field and/or work with our support team to reach a resolution.
Accurate completion of paperwork of job results within documented timeframes.
Ensure job photos are taken and returned within company guidelines.
