A leading agriculture solutions company in New Zealand is seeking a sharp, self-motivated Fertiliser Sales Rep for the Manawatū region. The role involves selling a portfolio of fertilisers and providing science-backed advice to farmers. Ideal candidates will have sales or advisory experience in agriculture and knowledge of local farming practices. This full-time position offers a solid commission structure and autonomy in the role.

We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated Fertiliser Sales Rep to cover the Manawatū, Rangitīkei, Whanganui, Wairarapa, Tararua, Hawke’s Bay and Gisborne. You’ll sell a portfolio including granular and liquid fertilisers, calf shed sprays, and unique effluent treatment solutions, providing practical, science-backed advice to farmers.
You’ll ideally have sales or advisory experience in agriculture, fertiliser, or rural services, with a strong track record. Knowledge of local soils and farming practices is a plus.
Autonomy, a solid commission structure, and the tools to succeed come with the role. This is the first employed role of its kind. Make it work, and it will be worth your while.
This is a full-time role, based in Manawatū (ideally), with regional travel.
