Job summary

Luxaviation Auckland, operating at Auckland International Airport, seeks a Flight Operations Support Officer to coordinate administrative and operational processes supporting aircraft movements and passenger services.

You will liaise with internal teams, clients and vendors to ensure safe, accurate and timely service delivery, including Meet and Greet coordination and lounge support, while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fixed Base Operations (FBO) or aviation services.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with aviation management software and MS applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of aviation safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• NZ citizenship or permanent residency essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft arrivals, departures and ground services with operators and ramp teams.
• Coordinate Meet and Greet services with travel agencies and customers.
• Respond to client enquiries, quotes and general queries.
• Maintain records for aircraft movements, fuel operations and passenger services.
• Maintain client database and ensure accurate records.
• Ensure correct billing of services according to company standards.
• Coordinate daily ramp operations and update systems accordingly.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, clients and vendors.
• Assist Lounge Concierge services as required.
• Collaborate with Ramp and Lounge teams to ensure quality service.
• Work 28 hours per week with PM shifts Thu/Fri and flexible weekend starts.
