Overview

The Role: We are looking for a Faults Billing Analyst to join our Faults Department. In this role, you will play an integral part in providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operations, handling a wide range of clerical tasks while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

  • Manage key administrative tasks, including invoicing, correspondence, purchase orders, and scheduling.
  • Generate and analyze reports to drive solutions and collaborate with clients and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Northpower, customer, and regulatory standards while meeting performance goals.
  • Communicate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvements in safety, processes, and efficiency.
