Qualifications

• PhD in Farm Management or related Agricultural/Horticultural discipline required.
• Strong knowledge of Farm Management and Agribusiness in NZ and internationally.
• Experience with NZ primary production systems; teaching/research in tertiary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching across multiple platforms.
• Teach and develop content in Farm Management, Agribusiness, and Agricultural/Horticultural Systems with a focus on analytical tools.
• Design and enhance courses, resources and assessments for excellent student outcomes.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research; support Masters/PhD candidates.
• Build and lead a high-quality research programme in Farm Management and related systems.
• Secure research funding and publish in international journals.
• Present at conferences and contribute to knowledge advancement.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary research initiatives and industry engagement.
• Strengthen ties with NZ primary industries through extension activities.
