Your Role:

As our Factory Floor Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Leading the Factory Floor team - giving day to day direction

Manage manufacturing, distribution and installation workflows

Create alignment with design, detailing, manufacturing & install

Lead Health & Safety initiatives in the Factory

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in Cabinet Making.

Strong leadership experience running a Factory Floor

Proficiency in design software is preferred.

Exceptional communication skills.

A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
