About the role:

As a Facilities Operator - Rubbish and Refuse, you’ll be a versatile team member with your key responsibility being the early morning bin run, driving our tipper truck to collect roadside rubbish. You may also assist with illegal dumping and graffiti removal when required. The role involves early starts, but that means early finishes - perfect for those who prefer a schedule that allows for the rest of the day free. Some flexibility will be required as there may require some weekend work.

What We're Looking For
  • A proven track record of being punctual, responsible, and consistent in work performance
  • Full Driver’s Licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle. This is essential for driving the tipper truck and confidently handling work-related driving tasks
  • Able to perform hands-on tasks, including rubbish collection and manual labour, as the role involves physical work
  • Comfortable with early starts, varied schedules, and occasional weekend work.
  • Understands and follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for your community, your team and yourself!
