As a Facilities Operator - Rubbish and Refuse, you’ll be a versatile team member with your key responsibility being the early morning bin run, driving our tipper truck to collect roadside rubbish. You may also assist with illegal dumping and graffiti removal when required. The role involves early starts, but that means early finishes - perfect for those who prefer a schedule that allows for the rest of the day free. Some flexibility will be required as there may require some weekend work.
As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with other professionals, gain further knowledge and experience, and develop your career in horticulture. We offer full time staff guaranteed work hours with the ability to increase based on operational demands. We also offer a performance-based salary that is reviewed annually, and an annual wellness benefit of $300 after qualifying period and a work phone permitted for personal use.
