We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our client's property team in Wellington. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be responsible for the end-to-end facilities management across a high stakeholder engagement portfolio. As a key customer-facing FM, you will be the primary point of contact. This is a proactive role that requires cultivating relationships and ensuring service excellence with precision problem-solving. This position requires joining a rotating on-call schedule to address maintenance issues after normal business hours.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in facilities management across multiple buildings roles. You will have a strong customer-centric focus and excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage complex facilities environments and engage with diverse stakeholders.
