A leading property company in Hamilton is seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for the operational success of Centre Place. This role includes overseeing compliance, operations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has over three years of experience in facilities management, especially in retail, and possesses strong health and safety knowledge. The Facilities Manager role is critical in ensuring continued operational success of Centre Place, both on a day-to-day basis, along with a view to long-term planning as part of the joint venture with Tainui Group Holdings (TGH).
This is a busy and varied role, based at Centre Place, where you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations and maintenance of the Centre.
