Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Tauranga is seeking a capable welder/fabricator to manufacture and install aluminium pergolas, carports, gates, screens and outdoor blinds. You will work in the workshop and on-site to deliver high‑quality installations.

The role requires aluminium welding experience (AC TIG preferred), a current NZ driver's licence, good workshop and on-site skills, and a reliable, honest work ethic. NZQA level 3+ fabrication/welding is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

Aluminium welding experience, AC TIG welding preferable.
Experience in the industry.
Full New Zealand driver’s license.
Good workshop and on-site skills.
Be hard working, reliable and honest.
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
NZQA level 3 or higher fabrication/welding or equivalent is preferred, but not essential.
