A key player, working directly with the studio manager and owners.
Running and leading F45 Training sessions.
Learning and reporting on key performance metrics, learning about how these affect the performance of the business and member experience.
Staff and Customer Support, including membership sales.
Running fun and motivating member events, member retention programs, social media, special marketing projects and community events.
