• Previous exterior cleaning experience or relevant hands-on experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong communication skills, including responding promptly to messages and keeping the team updated.
• A full New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and take responsibility for equipment and job quality.
• Ability to work safely at heights where required, with appropriate training and safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operating professional cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and water-fed pole window cleaning systems.
• Pressure washing and soft washing houses, driveways, decks, fences and other exterior surfaces.
• Carrying out roof treatments, gutter clearing, window cleaning and spider treatments.
• Travelling to residential and commercial job sites across Auckland in a company vehicle.
• Communicating professionally with customers and addressing any concerns.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring worksites are left clean and tidy.
• Managing jobs independently or working alongside other team members.
• Following appropriate health and safety procedures, including when working at heights.

About the role

Nova Exterior is a growing Auckland-based property cleaning company, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated Exterior Cleaning Specialist to join our team.

This is a casual position with work available across Auckland.

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial properties while representing Nova Exterior professionally.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well and can be trusted to complete jobs independently to a high standard.

What you'll be doing

Operating professional cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and water-fed pole window cleaning systems.

Pressure washing and soft washing houses, driveways, decks, fences and other exterior surfaces.

Carrying out roof treatments, gutter clearing, window cleaning and spider treatments.

Travelling to residential and commercial job sites across Auckland in a company vehicle.
