Job summary

PwC New Zealand's Digital & Data Transformation practice is expanding and invites expressions of interest from Analysts, Senior Analysts and Managers who want to work on strategy, design and transformation projects that leverage technology, data and AI to deliver measurable outcomes.

You'll collaborate with clients and PwC teams across cloud, analytics, AI, data governance and enterprise platforms; day-to-day tasks include shaping data strategies, supporting transformation initiatives,

Qualifications

As our Digital & Data Transformation capability grows, we’re inviting expressions of interest from Analysts, Senior Analysts and Managers who want to work on meaningful strategy, design and transformation projects that make a difference, helping organisations transform through technology, data and AI.

Ngā kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role

Our Digital & Data Transformation team help clients to solve complex business and technology challenges and turn digital, data and emerging technology into practical outcomes. We work across the transformation lifecycle; from strategy and future-state design through implementation and optimisation.

You’ll collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary PwC teams across digital and technology strategy, data and analytics, AI, cloud and platform modernisation, architecture, operating models and major technology-enabled transformation.

Your day-to-day could include:

• Shaping digital, technology and data strategies, roadmaps and future-state capabilities.
• Designing and delivering data, analytics, AI, cloud and platform transformation initiatives.
• Defining architectures, operating models, business requirements and integration approaches.
• Supporting digital products, enterprise platforms, systems implementation, and complex programme delivery.
• Translating technical complexity into clear business outcomes and trusted client advice.

We welcome different backgrounds and experience levels, whether gained in consulting or through digital, technology or data transformation roles in industry.

• Analyst: Relevant technical, analytical, transformation or industry experience, with structured problem-solving skills, curiosity about technology, data and AI, and an interest in building a consulting career.
• Senior Analyst: Hands-on delivery experience, ownership of defined pieces of work and the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical technology outcomes. You’ll bring strong client engagement and collaboration skills, with experience across areas such as cloud, data and analytics, data engineering and governance, AI and automation, enterprise platforms, modern engineering or technology-enabled change.
• Manager: Experience leading workstreams and teams, shaping commercially focused solutions, managing delivery and building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. You’ll bring broad technology transformation experience and adapt confidently across clients, industries and technologies, including modernisation, systems implementation or legacy migration.
