Qualifications

• Experience in customer services within timber sales or shipping/logistics is desirable.
• Strong data entry and accurate documentation skills required.
• Excellent phone and email communication abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Provide efficient sales administration and data input.
• Manage customer orders for Australia, domestic and export markets.
