About the role

This is a growth opportunity, where you will be supporting the Export Manager in:

  • Managing export and logistics processes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation for international shipments.
  • Creating effective plans to ensure timely exports/ imports, providing solutions when obstacles are met.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, regulators and external partners to meet compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining awareness of risks, variances and changes in regulations and practices which may cause disruption – and proactively taking steps to mitigate.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Skills and experience

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in supply chain, logistics, planning or export environments - recent graduates in these disciplines will also be considered.
  • Exceptional organisation and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Systems savvy, with solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • A proactive communicator who can build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Resilient, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
  • The ability to take the initiative, pre-empt need and provide a high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work autonomously and as part a team, responding to changing priorities seamlessly.
