About the Role
As an Export Documentation Coordinator, reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you’ll be part of a team of seven, responsible for ensuring all export documents are prepared, processed, and delivered accurately and on time. You’ll also contribute ideas for process improvement and ensure operational excellence.
You’ll bring:
• Proven export documentation experience including MPI certificates, SLIs, packing lists, commercial invoices, and Bills of Lading
• Knowledge of Letters of Credit, MPI, and customs processes; a Customs PIN and Prodoc experience advantageous
• A process-driven mindset, able to anticipate potential issues and make informed decisions
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with your team
