Talley’s is seeking experienced fish filleters and knife hands with precision knife skills to join our team in New Zealand. You will fillet and trim seafood efficiently to meet quality and yield standards.

You must maintain cleanliness, follow food safety and health procedures, and work as part of a busy processing team to ensure smooth workflow.
