You will be responsible for installing and supporting structured cabling systems across a range of commercial sites including offices, campuses, and industrial facilities. Work will be primarily based in the Manawatū region with occasional travel to other parts of New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Installing structured copper cabling systems (Cat6 / Cat6A)
• Fibre optic installation and termination
• Security and CCTV cabling
• Audio-visual and communications infrastructure
• Testing, labelling and documentation of installed systems

About you

• Proven experience installing structured cabling systems
• Ability to work independently and maintain high installation standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in ceilings, construction environments, and at heights
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Current driver's licence
• Police clearance required
• Must be able to pass a New Zealand Police vetting check due to the nature of our client sites
• CommScope or equivalent structured cabling accreditation (advantageous)
• Applicants must have the legal right to work permanently in New Zealand
