• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in different environments and at heights when required.
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out painting and preparation work.
• Full-time availability, including weekends when required.
• No criminal record.

Responsabilidades

• Review plans, specifications and job instructions to assess the painting work required.
• Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding and protecting fixtures, furniture and other surfaces.
• Prepare walls, ceilings and other surfaces by scraping, sanding and removing old paint.
• Repair surface imperfections by filling cracks, holes and other damaged areas with suitable materials.
• Prepare and mix paint and other coatings to achieve the required colour, consistency and finish.
• Apply paint and other coatings using brushes, rollers, spray equipment and other appropriate tools.
• Apply varnish, protective coatings and other finishes as required.
• Perform colour matching and touch-up work for existing surfaces and minor projects.
• Keep work areas clean and follow all workplace health and safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties reasonably required by the employer.

Experienced Cosmetic Rn Flexible Subcontractor

We are looking for skilled and experienced painters to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out professional painting work to a high standard across a variety of residential and commercial projects.

• Type of employment: full-time permanent
• Work region: Bay of Plenty
• Pay Rate: from $28.00 to $35.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)
• Work Hours: Minimum of 30 hours, maximum 60 hours per week
• Flexibility to work on weekends if required
